Spiritual But Not Religious?

Are you someone who feels spiritual but not really into traditional religion? Hey! Me, too!

So here’s my take on it all:

If I had to pick one word to describe my faith it would be love.
My interfaith understanding supports and forms my theological identity at its very core: Love. This means love of all, love for all, Spirit as the most powerful love that moves in and through and beyond our universe. All are whole, holy and good. Every being has worth and dignity simply because they exist. This theology stretches beyond boundaries and embraces all faiths and none.

My beliefs:
I believe that the Divine is within me and accompanying me on this beautiful journey of life. My duty is to listen to the guidance of Spirit that speaks through intuition, great teachers, and nature so that I may do my part to heal the world.  This is how I become free from the suffering of separation from Spirit and from my beloved fellow travelers. My understanding of the Divine is unfolding as I listen and learn. I don’t have all the answers but I love exploring the questions. If I had to pick one word to describe my faith it would be love.
