Spiritual Companion

I am an Interfaith Minister and a Spiritual Companion (sometimes called a Spiritual Director) who deeply enjoys accompanying people as they explore the place of purpose, meaning, and Spirit in their lives. I studied Interfaith Spiritual Direction with one of the first interfaith programs; The Chaplaincy Institute, an interfaith seminary, and community, which prepares me to meet seekers of all kinds. If you hope to work with someone who values compassion, empathy, a gentle and creative process, we might be a good fit. I offer an initial visit at no charge and a sliding fee scale for seminarians and those with limited economic resources. I live in a multi-race family and am proudly Queer and Trans friendly.

Focus Area: nature-based, grief and loss, mental health/depression, somatic healing, women’s issues, dark night of the soul.

Fees for Spiritual Direction
Sliding fee scale $50-$85 per session
If you would prefer to pay for 5 sessions at a time it makes sense to take 10% off. It saves us both time and energy.

Fees for Group Spiritual Direction (4-10 people)
Six sessions for $300 each

Note on accessibility
If money is a barrier to receiving spiritual care, please speak frankly with me. Everyone
deserves care. I strive to have one pro-bono client at all times. If my open spot is taken I will help you find a care provider.

Please share with me any accommodations that might help you experience our sessions in the best way possible for you. I have some knowledge of trauma and neurodiversity but welcome your requests for accommodations so that I may learn and care for you mindfully
